Abby Cadman
Owner & CEO
Arbiona “Abby” Cadman is living a story of resilience, positivity, and absolute dedication to her dreams. Born in Albania, moving to Australia at the age of 6, and later to Hong Kong with now husband, Ben, she has unwaveringly pursued her passion of owning a business in hospitality and F&B.
She began working for Relish and through a serendipitous event, purchased the company from the previous owner who was moving back to New Zealand in 2019 – only soon to be hit with political unrest and three years of COVID! These hurdles did not deter her determination but acted as opportunities to adapt and improve the business while other companies were folding.
In early 2021, the opportunity arose to acquire Gingers, a well-established catering company in Hong Kong. Abby has been dedicated to maintaining the quality and reputation that Gingers has built over its 22 years while evolving the business to remain relevant and competitive in this ever-changing environment.
With expanding her company portfolio, Feste Group was born to house the businesses and set a foundation for continuing to expand and diversify into new areas of F&B. In 2023, Feste Group signed the license for the international Young Chef Young Waiter competition in Hong Kong as a mission to spotlight young local talent on the world stage. 2024 saw the addition of Young Mixologist and a brand new team who were sent to compete in the World Finals in Singapore.
As of 2024, Abby is also the newest Co-Chair for the Food, Beverage & Hospitality Committee of AustCham Hong Kong. The future of events and F&B is hard to predict, but despite all the challenges, it’s clear that Abby will be best placed to ensure Feste Group will fly through with plenty of success along the way.
